Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to children in Early Years, adhering to the EYFS framework.
  • Plan and execute enriching activities to enhance student learning and development.
  • Cultivate positive relationships with the Class Teacher and other staff members.
  • Identify and address the additional support needs of students.

Requirements:

  • A Level 2/3 qualification is essential.
  • Previous experience in an Early Years setting within a mainstream school is required.

  • Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant, preferably with SEN experience.
