We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Training and Workforce Development Manager to join our team at Evident. As a rapidly growing business, we value staff learning and development and are looking for a professional to provide a broad range of L&D focused support to the business.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement learning strategies to support the business's objectives and values.
- Create action plans, training programs, solutions, and interventions to meet the needs of the business.
- Design business-specific induction courses and deliver training to staff.
- Structure career and development plans, form skills matrices, and present soft skills workshops.
- Conduct skills audits, update and maintain skills matrices, and training needs analysis to support present and future service delivery.
- Participate in the development of Learning, Training and Development policies and procedures.
- Support staff with career development by facilitating discussions on a 1-2-1 basis using recognized coaching styles and techniques.
- Offer advice and guidance to staff seeking or engaging with learning and training content.
We are looking for a candidate with:
- Experience of planning, designing, and delivering a variety of training and induction sessions.
- Well-established knowledge and experience of a variety of learning and development methodologies and their application.
- Familiarity with the theory and practice of providing coaching.
- An excellent working knowledge of Microsoft packages, including Word and PowerPoint, with the ability to develop professional training resources.
Candidates with recognized formal qualifications in training delivery, learning and development, and/or coaching practice are highly desirable.
