Role Overview:
We are seeking passionate and compassionate individuals to support students with diverse abilities. As a member of our staff, you will play a vital role in creating a positive learning experience. You will work collaboratively with educators, therapists, and families to implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and support students in their academic and social development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver tailored educational programs and interventions.
- Foster a safe and engaging learning environment.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to assess student progress.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff.
- Participate in ongoing professional development.
Qualifications:
- Relevant degree in Special Education, Psychology, or related field.
- Experience working with children with complex needs (preferred).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to make a difference.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
