We are seeking a skilled Partnerships Manager to join our team at NFP People. As a key member of our fundraising team, you will be responsible for driving new partnership opportunities and developing long-standing partnerships for our organisation.

You will have responsibility for seeking new and exciting partnership opportunities and drive their delivery and growth to strategically support our charity's work across the UK.

You will have cultivation and stewardship skills to build and maintain your own pipeline, understand and translate trends in the market, and have a track record in influencing internal and external stakeholders to grow and diversify partnerships income.

About the Role
  • Develop and deliver sector-leading partnerships with charitable corporate partners.
  • Seek new and exciting partnership opportunities and drive their delivery and growth.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of potential partnerships and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Translate trends in the market and influence internal and external stakeholders to grow and diversify partnerships income.
About You
  • Experience of working with charity partners across a range of business sectors.
  • Experience of generating £25k+ in charitable funding, ideally spanning different types of activities and fundraising mechanisms/components.
  • Creative and strategic thinking, with a passion for demonstrating how the business community can change the landscape of the UK's mental health.
  • Budgeting processes and tracking and forecasting income and expenditure for partners and your pipeline.
