Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing complex calendar schedules, coordinating travel arrangements, and ensuring secure access to company data. They will also provide support for onboarding and offboarding new associates and partner closely with internal stakeholders and other admins to achieve alignment across the leadership team.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is £60,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including a comprehensive pension scheme and generous holiday entitlement.

Requirements

We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and advanced working knowledge of Microsoft 365 software. A strong understanding of diary management and time scheduling is also essential.
