Role Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Electrical biased maintenance engineer to join a major manufacturing organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing electrical systems, ensuring the smooth operation of the site.

About the Role

  • Previous experience within a manufacturing environment is essential
  • Dealing with both maintenance and facilities is a must
  • Apprentice trained with a HNC/City& Guilds in Electrical engineering and 17th/18th Edition certification
  • Ability to fault find on various electrical control systems at both single and three phase
  • Strong fault-finding abilities on PLCs

Requirements

  • Qualified to conduct electrical installation work
  • Good understanding of health, safety, and environmental requirements specific to plant maintenance
  • Ability to conduct electrical inspection and test
  • Good level of computer literacy and ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
