Operations Manager – Fresh Produce Delivery Business

At Jones Bros, we're expanding our operations to meet the growing demand for fresh produce across London. We're seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our delivery business, driving growth and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing strategic plans to drive business growth and operational efficiency
  • Managing budgets and financial performance, including preparing, understanding, and optimising profit & loss (P&L) reports
  • Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards
  • Hands-on experience managing logistics, delivery routes, scheduling, and warehouse operations

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of managing, motivating, and developing teams to meet performance goals
  • Experience managing budgets and P&L reports, with a focus on cost control, profitability, and financial performance optimisation
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
