Job Title: Curriculum and Delivery Specialist
This role is responsible for driving the curriculum approach to support learners in achieving their Functional Skills potential.
The successful candidate will oversee the quality assurance of Functional Skills qualifications, manage external partnerships, and provide regular reports on Functional Skills completion.
Main Responsibilities:
- Quality assure all elements of Functional Skills qualifications internally
- Lead External Quality Assurance visits from Awarding Organisations
- Meet and exceed the quality threshold for all Functional Skills qualifications
- Collaborate with the Quality Manager and Head of Work-Based Learning to review and update internal procedures and documentation
Requirements:
- Maths and English qualifications to a minimum level 3
- Relevant Teaching/Assessor qualification
Salary and Benefits:
£37,500 (basic salary: £35,000 + car allowance: £2,500)
