About the Job

This role involves providing consultative services to NICE Actimize customers, driving adoption of AI-based financial crime solutions, and managing a large team based in multiple geographic locations. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in machine learning and deep learning frameworks, with a proven track record of delivering innovative solutions that drive business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Provide consulting services to NICE Actimize customers to deliver AI-based financial crime solutions.
  • Drive adoption of AI-based financial crime solutions across multiple client accounts.
  • Mentor and train team members on AI and machine learning concepts.
  • Communicate with clients to assess solution fit and identify product gaps.
  • Establish working relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in financial crime compliance, with a focus on artificial intelligence and machine learning.
  • Demonstrable experience delivering machine learning models within the banking or financial crime compliance sector.
  • Expertise in visualizing and manipulating big datasets using Python and basic libraries for machine learning.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • An MSc, PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, Math, Artificial Intelligence, and/or Data Science.
  • Familiarity with languages/tools associated with development and deployment of cloud-based machine learning models.

Salary

The estimated annual salary for this role is $150,000, commensurate with experience.
