Job Title: Hybrid Renal Dietitian

A challenging and rewarding role as a Hybrid Renal Dietitian has become available with our NHS client in Dorset.

This position requires a qualified Dietitian to work with patients, conducting thorough assessments, formulating care plans, and implementing interventions.

The successful candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to work independently and collaboratively with other healthcare professionals.

Salary: £25-26 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.

About the Role:

  • Conduct autonomous assessments of patients' health conditions
  • Formulate and implement care plans
  • Provide treatment as necessary
  • Use evidence-based practice and specialist skills to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate interventions
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date department records in line with professional standards
  • Stay current with the latest medical advancements and best practices

Requirements:

  • Current and valid registration with the HCPC in the UK as a Dietitian
  • Previous experience as a dietitian either in the UK or overseas
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Commitment to providing high-quality patient care
