Advanced Nurse Practitioner / Emergency Care Practitioner in Redhill

Think Workforce is seeking an experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioner / Emergency Care Practitioner to join our dynamic healthcare team in Redhill. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in urgent settings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Take charge of clinical decision-making in urgent care services using the Adastra system.
  • Conduct face-to-face consultations in clinics, home visits, and telehealth consultations.
  • Provide care during both in-hours and primarily out-of-hours shifts, including weekdays and weekends.
  • Collaborate with a diverse team to optimize patient care strategies.
  • Apply advanced clinical skills to assess and manage urgent medical cases.
Requirements:
  • Fully Qualified Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) or Emergency Care Practitioner on NMC.
  • Masters Degree in Advanced Practice with formal recognition as an ANP.
  • NMP (Non-Medical Prescribing) qualification, plus training in minor injuries and minor illnesses.
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service.
  • Up-to-date mandatory training, registrations, and immunizations.
