About the Role
Your new company is a leading contractor specializing in the construction of high-rise reinforced concrete residential buildings in the South of England. As a key member of the Site Management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the staggered hand-over and practical completion of multiple residential units across the entire development.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with stakeholders, suppliers, end users, and site teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Manage and coordinate multiple subcontract trades to meet project deadlines.
- Ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to industry standards.
- Solve site-based roadblocks and technical queries with confidence and expertise.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Substantial experience in the UK as an Internal Manager or Finishing Foreman with a contractor specializing in high-rise reinforced concrete residential buildings.
- A CSCS Card, SMSTS, First Aid, and a construction industry qualification.
- A solid, reliable directly employed work history (no self-employed candidates will be considered).
- Excellent references and a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
