Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and empathetic individual to join our team as a Community Occupational Therapist: Learning Disabilities. In this role, you will work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, supporting clients with complex needs and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to achieve outstanding outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with occupational therapists and therapy assistants to develop and implement client-centred plans.
  • Conduct assessments and provide support to clients in their daily lives, promoting independence and well-being.
  • Collaborate with other professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and effective communication.
What You'll Need

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A degree in Occupational Therapy or a related field.
  • Experience working with individuals with learning disabilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • An ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also receive a range of benefits, including pension scheme membership, annual leave entitlement, and access to employee wellbeing initiatives.
