Salary: £230 - £250 Per day

Qualifications: SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid, Driving Licence

A leading house builder with a reputation for delivering award-winning projects is seeking an experienced Assistant Site Manager to oversee daily operations on a construction site in Derbyshire.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, with a proven track record of ensuring health and safety regulations are strictly followed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Site Manager in overseeing daily operations on the construction site
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are strictly followed
  • Coordinate and manage subcontractors and construction workers
  • Monitor progress and quality of work on-site
  • Assist in resolving any issues or delays that may arise
  • Keep accurate records of all activities and report to the Site Manager

Required Qualifications:

  • SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)
  • CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme)
  • First Aid Certification
  • Valid Driving Licence

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Additional health and safety certifications
  • Experience with traditional new build houses
  • Previous experience working with a quality-focused house builder

Working Conditions:

  • Full-Time hours, Monday to Friday, with occasional weekends as required
  • Work primarily on-site in Derbyshire
