About the Role

Mitchell Maguire is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager - Facades & Cladding Systems to join our team. As a Business Development Manager - Facades & Cladding Systems, you will be responsible for promoting a high-quality range of architectural metalwork & fabrication, including aluminium rainscreen cladding panels, facade systems, insulated panels, and aluminium pressing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to promote architectural metalwork & fabrication to specialist facades, rainscreen & curtain walling sub-contractors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with main contractors and architects to identify new business opportunities.
  • Work on projects in both the residential & commercial market sector, including hotels, universities, hospitals, office blocks, and other large-scale developments.
  • Manage a portfolio of projects, ranging from £20k to £1m, and ensure timely delivery of results.
Requirements
  • Proven field sales experience selling related systems, such as cladding, facades, rainscreen, architectural metalwork, curtain walling, and insulation.
  • Strong technical knowledge and ability to overcome technical queries.
  • Commercially astute, professional, organized, and a logical thinker.
  • Positive, professional, and customer service-oriented.
