Our Graduate ProgrammeOur Graduate Programme is designed to provide a strong foundation for success in the pensions industry. As a graduate, you will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals, develop your core consulting skills, and study towards qualifications from the Pensions Management Institute.
What You Will Be Doing- Liaising with multiple stakeholders to draft Trustee meeting agendas and co-ordinate the papers required for the meetings.
- Preparing other materials for the Trustees, including risk logs, training logs, scheme returns, and more.
- Attending client meetings and producing first drafts of Trustee meeting minutes.
- Taking ownership of actions coming out of meetings and ensuring they are completed within required timescales.
- Supporting in designing and implementing employee communications, such as newsletters.
- Reviewing processes and implementing best practice across the client portfolio.
- Helping clients understand and manage governance changes that affect their pension schemes.
- Contributing to proposals for new business opportunities.
- Managing the Trustees' annual budget process and monitoring advisors' costs against this.
As a graduate in our Pensions Consulting Team, you will enjoy a range of training and development opportunities, including on-the-job training, a graduate induction event, specific technical and professional skills training, and regular technical training and opportunities to develop wider market knowledge.
