Psychology Instructor

We are looking for an experienced Psychology educator to teach students across Key Stage 4 and 5, developing their understanding of human behavior and cognitive processes.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Psychology and be able to create engaging lesson plans that stimulate critical thinking and independent research skills in students.

• Design and implement effective lesson plans in Psychology for Key Stage 4 and 5 students.
• Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to ensure they reach their full potential.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and refine the Psychology curriculum.

1. A degree in Psychology or a related subject and Qualified Teacher Status.
2. Proven experience in teaching Psychology at Key Stage 4 and 5, or willingness to adapt to this level.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
4. A commitment to ongoing professional development to maintain expertise in teaching Psychology.

• A competitive salary ranging from £35,000 to £60,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
