We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Administrator to join our team at IPS Group. As a Legal Cashier, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our finance department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist staff with accounts queries and provide timely support to resolve any issues.
  • Process daily financial transactions, including payments, receipts, and transfers, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Perform day-end balancing procedures to maintain financial integrity.
  • Process credit card payments and make bank and cheque payments as required.
  • Reconcile petty cash payments and perform petty cash balancing to identify and rectify errors.
  • Calculate deposit interest and process purchase ledger coding, input, and cheque production.
  • Process employees' expenses claims in a timely and efficient manner.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in a legal cashiering role is essential.
  • Strong financial administration skills, including accounts management and financial reporting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff at all levels.
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.

  • A competitive salary of £27,000 - £29,000 per annum.
