About the Opportunity

This is a fantastic chance to lead a thriving dealership within the D M Keith Motor Group. As a seasoned automotive professional, you will be responsible for overseeing and developing each department, driving growth and maximizing operations.

About You

We are seeking a driven and tenacious individual with a deep-rooted passion for innovation, excellence, and extensive experience in the role of Dealer Principal / General Manager. You will lead from the front, innovating and motivating the team, and confidently liaise with the Board of Directors and Group Managers, as well as circa 30 colleagues on site.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maximize growth within the operations at D M Keith Motor Group.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase profitability and performance.
  • Lead and motivate the team to achieve exceptional results.
  • Confidently communicate with the Board of Directors and Group Managers.
