Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum (based on location and experience)

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Cloud Transformation Expert to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of cloud-based solutions that meet our clients' business needs. This will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth and innovation, as well as developing and implementing strategies to achieve these goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
* 10+ years of CRM experience, with at least 5 years on the Salesforce platform
* Expert-level understanding of the Salesforce product suite, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, and Marketing Cloud
* Experience leading workshops to define and prioritize client requirements and capabilities
* Proven ability to design and optimize business processes and integrate them across disparate systems
* Excellent analytical skills and the ability to develop processes and methodologies
* Detail-oriented with the ability to rapidly learn and leverage new concepts, business models, and technologies
