About the Job

We are seeking an experienced and qualified individual to join our team as a Career Mentor. As part of our college, you will be responsible for developing and delivering dynamic learning programmes that meet the needs of our learners.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting learners to prepare for interviews and on-the-job experiences
  • Providing academic and pastoral support to students
  • Managing data for learners

Estimated Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong track record of good or better teaching and learning delivery
  • An understanding of Ofsted EIF and the ability to support delivery teams to develop towards outstanding
  • Experience of teaching/training and assessment within a vocational context
