Highly Specialist Physiotherapist: Paediatric Neurosciences and Rehabilitation

We are seeking an experienced paediatric physiotherapist to fill a Highly Specialist role within our paediatric neurosciences team. The successful candidate will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care and support the development of our services.
The role involves working with children who have neurological and oncology conditions, with a particular focus on children with neuromuscular conditions. You will be required to work flexibly across seven days to support weekends, Bank Holidays, and out-of-hours respiratory rosters.
Main Responsibilities- Work closely with the Neuro Physiotherapy Clinical Specialist and Band 7 peers to deliver high-quality patient care.
- Support band 5 and band 6 physiotherapists with teaching and training, as well as managing your own complex caseload.
- Collaborate with the senior leadership team to ensure adherence to national guidelines and best practice.
- Extensive experience of working within a specialist area, with knowledge of current best practice.
- Ability to work flexibly across seven days, with a willingness to work weekends and Bank Holidays.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and patients.
