**Job Summary**

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Private Client Paralegal to join our team at DJF Solicitors. As a Trainee Solicitor, you will have the opportunity to work with our reputable legal practice, providing exceptional legal support and personalized service to our clients.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Assist with the preparation and management of legal documents and correspondence.
  • Provide administrative support to the private client team.
  • Manage client files and ensure all documentation is up-to-date.
  • Liaise with clients, both in person and via digital communication platforms.
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars.
  • Conduct legal research as required.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

**Requirements:**

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in private client work.
  • Proficiency in digital tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Office, legal research databases).
  • Experience with a digital CMS preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
