We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Plastering and Maintenance Specialist to join our in-house maintenance company, Property Plus. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for carrying out high-quality plastering and maintenance work to our properties.
Key Responsibilities- Carry out plastering and maintenance work to a high standard, including traditional duties of a multi-skilled tradesperson specialising in plastering.
- Work with plumbing, carpentry, bricklaying, and groundwork to complete tasks as requested by the Major Works Supervisor.
- Ensure all work is completed to current building regulations, construction industry safety regulations, and relevant British standards and codes of practice.
- Provide outstanding customer care skills and work in a social housing repairs and maintenance environment.
- Have a full UK driving licence and be able to travel to various locations.
