{"h3":{"text":"About the Role"},"p":{"text":"As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing arrears across a diverse portfolio of clients, including commercial, industrial, and retail properties. Your primary objective will be to maintain regular communication with tenants to ensure timely payments and resolve any disputes that may arise. You will work closely with our accounts teams, including Client Accountants, Treasury Clerks, and Property Managers, to provide exceptional service to our clients.

Your success in this role will be measured by your ability to build strong relationships with tenants and colleagues, as well as your proactive approach to managing arrears and resolving disputes.

Key responsibilities will include:

* Maintaining accurate records of tenant accounts and arrears
* Proactively contacting tenants to resolve payment issues
* Collaborating with accounts teams to ensure timely payments and resolve disputes
* Providing regular reports to Property Managers and clients on arrears and payment status

To be successful in this role, you will require strong communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

We offer a competitive salary of £21,000-£24,000, as well as a range of benefits, including hybrid working, study support, and a discretionary annual bonus.
