Construction Project Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team in County Tyrone. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a variety of civils, water infrastructure, commercial and residential projects across NI, ROI and England.
Key Responsibilities:
- Negotiate and appoint sub-contractors; manage sub-contractor packages through to final account.
- Lead on all client-facing commercial matters, including valuations and variations.
- Prepare monthly cost reports aligned with project budgets.
- Collaborate and work closely with Contracts Managers and site teams to ensure quality project delivery.
- Identify and address any cost-related issues.
Requirements:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or similar construction field.
- 5+ years post-graduate experience, ideally in residential and commercial projects.
- Confident in estimating, with experience in negotiating and pricing variations.
- Knowledge of JCT/NEC/PWC contracts.
- Strong IT skills and a valid driving licence.
Salary and Benefits:
The successful candidate will be offered a salary of £52,750 per annum, along with a range of benefits including hybrid working, private medical insurance, life insurance, performance-related bonuses, training and professional membership, and additional holidays.
