We are seeking a skilled and motivated Health Care Assistant to join our team at FCMS. As a Community Healthcare Assistant, you will play a vital role in promoting public health across Lancashire.

About the Role

In this position, you will conduct health checks and offer lifestyle advice to patients, using your knowledge and skills to promote healthy living and prevent illness.

Your responsibilities will include observing patient data, such as SP02 levels, heights, weights, pulse rates, and BP checks, as well as performing point of care testing for cholesterol and pre-diabetic screening where necessary.

**Salary:** £12.80 per hour with additional pay for working weekends and bank holidays. Assuming a standard 37-hour workweek, this equates to an estimated annual salary of around £25,800-£27,500.
