Job Title: Administrator/Property Consultant
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator/Property Consultant to join our team at The Recruitment Co. in Blackpool. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing assets for our clients' customers, working with the team to deliver success and high service standards, and creating reports to ensure accurate information.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage assets for all clients' customers in a proactive manner
- Work with the team to deliver success and consistently high service standards and performance
- Create and provide reports to ensure accurate information
- Recommend solutions for problems and communicate these in a timely manner
- Ensure I.T. systems are maintained with accurately detailed information
- Ensure the company adheres to and meets the service standards and service levels that clients expect
- Liaise with external parties to obtain required information
Requirements:
