About The Role

About The Candidate
What you'll need
  • Level 2 NVQ in Plumbing or similar qualification
  • Full UK driving licence with less than six penalty points
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Experience working as a plumber in domestic housing is desirable

Training & Support
To help you settle into your career with HomeServe, you will undertake our extensive training programme. This includes:
  • Week one: Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:00, covering all things HomeServe, health and safety, tools, and equipment
  • Weeks two and three: buddy system with an experienced HomeServe Plumbing Engineer
  • Week four: three days in Nottingham for additional training and support
  • We will pay for your accommodation where geographically appropriate
