Job Overview
Fancy a festive in-store role at Tesco? We've got various opportunities and shifts available, allowing you to make magic happen during the holiday season. As a key member of our team, you'll tackle a range of tasks, from serving customers and stocking shelves to picking orders for home delivery.

We're looking for warm and welcoming individuals who can deliver great service and put customers at the forefront. No experience is necessary - just the right attitude and enthusiasm to help others.

In this role, you'll enjoy flexibility and variety, with no two days being the same. You'll feel your impact on every shift as you send customers home with a smile. Plus, our caring and friendly colleagues will make you feel part of the family.

Our hourly rate starts at £12.02, increasing to £13.15 for stores within the M25. You'll also receive an additional night premium of £2.30 per hour worked between midnight and 6 am. Additional payments may apply based on location and skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, greeting customers with a smile and providing support during the busy festive period.
  • Support in-store activities, such as stocking shelves and making sure products are where they need to be.
  • Pick orders for home delivery or serve customers through our Click and Collect service.

About Us
At Tesco, we strive to be every customer's favourite way to shop, both at home and on-the-go. Our purpose is to serve our customers, communities, and planet a little better each day.

We offer flexible working arrangements to suit different needs, including guaranteed hours of 12 per week (minimum) or fewer if preferred. This allows us to accommodate candidates who have commitments outside of work or wish to maintain a better work-life balance.
