Bath Mind Seeks Dedicated Trustees

Bath Mind, a local mental health charity, is seeking up to four new volunteer Trustees, including a Vice Chair and a Treasurer. The Treasurer will lead the Finance Sub-Committee and collaborate with the Finance Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand the legal duties owed to the charity
  • Participate in approximately 6 board meetings per year

Requirements:

  • Experience in mental health, social care, or health sectors, including clinical and/or commissioning experience
  • Expertise in equality, diversity, inclusion, and equity (EDIE)
  • Ability to work collaboratively and support the charity's vision, mission, and values

About Bath Mind:

Bath Mind is a local mental health charity operating in Bath and North East Somerset. We aim to support people with their mental health and wellbeing, creating an environment where everyone feels respected, supported, and included.

We operate independently from the National 'Mind' federation and other Local Mind charities. Our EDIE journey is a collective responsibility that requires continued investment.

We welcome applications from individuals with diverse backgrounds and experiences. This is a voluntary position, and out-of-pocket expenses will be paid where appropriate.
