Site Services Coordinator

**Job Description:**
We are seeking a skilled Site Services Coordinator to join our team at Platinum Recruitment Consultancy. This role is responsible for coordinating the daily operations of our facilities, ensuring that all building systems, equipment, and services are properly maintained and operate efficiently in accordance with relevant regulatory frameworks.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and possess strong analytical skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, and excellent customer service skills. Additionally, they should have a heightened awareness of security-related initiatives and be proficient in compliance management software applications.
**Responsibilities:*
- Coordinate the daily operations of our facilities, ensuring that all building systems, equipment, and services are properly maintained and operate efficiently.
- Collaborate with the Compliance and Security Manager to manage company facilities and meet quality, environmental, security, and health and safety standards.
- Act as the point of contact for facility-related inquiries and issues, providing excellent customer service to internal stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and facility-related data.
- Conduct routine site safety and quality audits and report any hazards or issues found.
**Requirements:*
- Prior experience in a facilities coordinator or similar role is essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience in the use of hand power tools and fixing minor facilities issues without external contractors.
- Delivery of environmental initiatives, particularly relevant to pollution prevention, recycling, and environmental monitoring.
- Compliance auditing and proficiency in compliance management software applications.
**Salary:** The salary for this position is estimated to be between £27,000 and £29,000 per annum, depending on experience.
