Quality and Health & Safety Manager Opportunity

About the Role:
• Develop and implement effective QMS processes to ensure compliance with relevant legal standards and customer requirements.
• Establish a good dialogue with customers through regular communication, service reviews, and quality-related issue resolution.
• Promote awareness of customer requirements throughout the company, ensuring staff understand their roles in maintaining high-quality products and services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations for management.

Requirements:
• 5+ years' experience working in a Quality-led environment with a strong understanding of quality control procedures and relevant legal standards.
• Certification in quality control is an advantage, but not essential. The successful candidate will have excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, as well as a strong analytical mindset. Estimated salary range: £40,000 - £55,000 per annum.
