Business Development Manager

FTH Hire Group is a leading independent plant and tool hire company with a strong presence in the UK, Wales, and Scotland. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team and contribute to our continued growth and success.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Develop and manage a portfolio of customer accounts to drive sales growth and revenue
  2. Identify and secure new business opportunities to expand our market presence
  3. Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics
  4. Provide market intelligence and insights to inform business decisions
  5. Manage and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  6. Develop and deliver customer account proposals and agreements
  7. Work closely with the marketing team to maximize business opportunities
Requirements
  1. Proven experience in sales and business development, preferably in the hire industry
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  4. Excellent organizational and time management skills
  5. Competent levels of IT understanding
  6. Entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to self-development
