About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Drama Teacher to join our team at this highly successful school in Sheffield. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic individual who is committed to delivering high-quality education and supporting students to achieve their full potential.

Job Description

The successful candidate will have a degree in Drama or a related subject and Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or a Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE). They will be responsible for teaching Drama to GCSE and A-Level students, developing fresh and exciting methods of delivering the curriculum, and promoting student success while instilling a passion for the subject.

This role would suit an aspirational Drama teacher looking to progress in a supportive environment, and/or an experienced candidate looking to develop further in middle leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • To teach Drama to GCSE and A-Level students
  • To develop and deliver engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning needs
  • To promote student success and achievement across all key stages
  • To work collaboratively with colleagues to support departmental goals

Salary Information
