About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Structural Engineer to join our team at AKT II. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality structural engineering designs for a wide range of projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design of structural engineering projects, ensuring compliance with relevant building codes and regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement design solutions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
  • Manage and coordinate the work of junior engineers and technicians to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress and provide technical guidance to contractors.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, and apply this knowledge to improve our design processes and deliver high-quality results.
Requirements
  • Chartered Engineer (IStructE or ICE) with a strong background in structural engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality designs and projects.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop creative solutions.
  • Proficiency in design and analysis software, including Autodesk Revit and SAP2000.
