Job Title: Attendance Officer

Protocol Education is seeking a highly organized and proactive Attendance Officer to join our team. As an Attendance Officer, you will be responsible for monitoring and recording student attendance, working closely with key school staff to promote excellent attendance, and assisting with administrative duties as directed by the School Administration Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and record student attendance accurately and in accordance with Government guidelines.
  • Work closely with key school staff to promote excellent attendance and address any attendance-related issues.
  • Assist with administrative duties, including covering absent colleagues within the administration team during periods of significant pressure.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and school staff to ensure effective communication and support.
  • Provide administrative support to the School Administration Manager and other members of the administration team as required.

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proactive and flexible approach to work.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Experience in a similar role or in a related field.
