**About the Job:**

The Green Recruitment Company seeks a highly skilled Senior Battery Test Engineer to play a key role in our expanding battery testing capabilities. As a senior member of our team, you will be responsible for leading on-site battery testing, developing new testing technologies, and providing technical leadership to junior team members.

**Key Responsibilities and Qualifications:**
  • Develop and implement effective testing strategies for battery cells and packs.
  • Liaise with customers, commercial teams, and management to ensure seamless project execution and deliverables.
  • Provide expert guidance on battery testing methodologies, safety procedures, and data interpretation.
  • Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Stay current with industry advancements, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
**Requirements and Compensation:**
  • Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in battery testing and development.
  • Extensive knowledge of battery testing software, quality management systems, and laboratory safety.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
**Estimated Salary:**

$130,000 - $160,000 per year
