Brandon James Ltd, a leading UK fire assessment company, is seeking a confident and experienced Fire Risk Assessor to support a variety of projects across the UK. Travel across the UK is required for this role.
The Ideal Candidate- Level 4 qualification in Fire Risk Assessment or Fire Safety Management.
- Relevant certifications such as NEBOSH Fire Safety and Risk Management.
- Deliver high-quality fire risk assessments across various sectors, including Commercial, Healthcare, Retail, and complex buildings.
- Support the Fire Risk Services section by handling initial enquiries, participating in pre-meetings, determining the scope of work, developing detailed project briefs, and preparing presentations for clients and stakeholders.
- Perform validation, verification, and Quality Assurance (QA) of technical reports, addressing and resolving any related queries.
- Assist trainers with their knowledge gaps to enhance overall content quality and accuracy.
- Assist the Marketing departments in developing propositions and strategies for Fire Risk Services and Fire Advisory Services.
- In-depth understanding of fire safety regulations, codes, and best practices, with experience in ensuring compliance in various environments.
- Salary: £45,000 - £50,000
- Pension 2:1 basis (up to 10%)
