If so, we want you to join our team as a Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teaching Assistant at Dunbar Education in Wolverhampton.

As a key member of our support staff, you will play a vital role in helping students with special educational needs reach their full potential. Your primary responsibilities will include providing tailored support to students with various special educational needs in both 1:1 and small group settings, assisting in developing and implementing individual learning plans, and offering emotional and behavioral support to ensure students feel safe, valued, and engaged.

In addition to these core responsibilities, you will also have the opportunity to work collaborately with teachers and staff to foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment, supporting students during lessons, activities, and breaks, and promoting both their well-being and academic progress. This is a rewarding and challenging role that requires a caring, patient, and proactive approach to supporting students with SEN, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary and Benefits
This position offers a competitive salary of £25,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as ongoing professional development and training to support your growth and career advancement.
