As a key member of the culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.

  • Develop and implement new menu ideas, taking into account seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
  • Lead a team of cooks and kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless service.
  • Collaborate with the head chef to plan and execute special events, such as weddings and corporate functions.
  • Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Contribute to the development of the hotel's culinary brand, ensuring consistency and quality across all outlets.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Sous Chef in a high-end hotel or restaurant.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent culinary skills, with a focus on creativity and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure, managing multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices, with a commitment to maintaining high standards.
