Job Title: Senior Healthcare Support Worker - Oxygen Service

We are seeking a motivated and organized Senior Healthcare Support Worker to join our Grampian Home Oxygen Team. As a key member of our team, you will provide support to our physiotherapists and nurses, working closely with consultants and admin staff to deliver high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to physiotherapists and nurses in the Grampian Home Oxygen Team
  • Work closely with consultants and admin staff to ensure seamless patient care
  • Assist with home visits and provide support to patients in their homes
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of patient care plans
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure effective patient care

Requirements:

  • Experience in a healthcare or NHS setting
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work flexibly and independently
  • Driving license essential
