Key Responsibilities:

* Lead EIA Projects: Act as the EIA Lead for major projects in the renewable energy sector.
* Feasibility Studies & Documentation: Write detailed feasibility studies, environmental reviews, and EIA documentation.
* Proposal & Tender Production: Lead the creation of compelling proposals and tenders.
* Client & Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with clients and stakeholders, providing expert advice on environmental matters.
* Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring repeat business.
* Mentoring & Development: Mentor junior staff, fostering their growth and development.

Person Specification:

* A BSc degree in a relevant discipline, preferably complemented by an MSc in Environmental Impact Assessment, Environmental Management, or a related field.
* Full membership of IEMA and/or Chartered Environmentalist status (or are working towards it).
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* A comprehensive understanding of the EIA process, including current methods, legislation, techniques, and guidance.
* Strong project management skills, including financial management, program management, and quality control.
