Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Wet Sprayer to join our team at Ethero. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for preparing parts, mixing and applying polyurethane paints, and ensuring the highest quality standards are met.

Main Responsibilities

Preparing parts for painting, including sanding and filling
Mixing and applying 2-pack polyurethane paints using HVLP pot guns
Ensuring the correct product is in the correct bay and checking for damage to parts
Processing items to a high standard and in accordance with specifications
Minimizing waste of raw materials and machinery
Conducting basic maintenance work on equipment and monitoring machinery performance

Working Hours

36 hours per week

Shift Patterns

AM Shift: 6:00 - 15:30, Monday - Thursday (4-day working week)
PM Shift: 15:30 - 01:00, Monday - Thursday (4-day working week)

Competitive hourly rate: £12.50 - £13.95 depending on experience
