Job Title: Activities Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and enthusiastic Activities Coordinator to join our team at Ad Warrior. As an Activities Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging and fun activity sessions to adults with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and deliver activity sessions that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our clients.
  • Prepare workspaces and equipment in advance of session start times and maintain a tidy environment.
  • Implement and comply with health and safety procedures to ensure a safe and secure environment for all participants.
  • Collaborate with senior managers to prepare reports and papers, and provide information in various formats as required.
  • Evaluate event feedback to assess effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in planning and running activities, preferably in a similar setting.
  • GCSE Grade C or above in Maths and English, or equivalent.
  • Food Hygiene Level 2 or willingness to work towards.
  • First Aid qualification or willingness to work towards.
  • Ability to support children and young adults with complex needs.
