The Ladies European Tour is a premier international golf tour, founded in 1978, that provides a platform for professional elite women athletes to compete and thrive. Our organization is committed to inspiring the next generation of talent in women's golf.

We are seeking an experienced Tournament Administrator to join our team, supporting the Tournament Director in ensuring the smooth delivery of LET and LETAS tournaments.

Estimated Salary: £40,000 - £60,000 per annum

Job Description

  • Tournament Coordination
    • Work closely with the Tournament Director to ensure events meet player and staff needs.
    • Liaise with promoters, venue operators, suppliers, and partners before and during events.
  • Event Administration
    • Coordinate outside-the-rope aspects of tournaments on behalf of Tour Players and Staff.
    • Manage day-to-day player queries and general administration.
  • Player Services
    • Prepare and share regular email/newsletters to members with updates and news.
    • Review and update event checklists as required.

  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
