About the Role

We are seeking a talented and ambitious Court of Protection Solicitor to join our team at Wilson Mannion Legal Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of cases, including the appointment of professional and lay deputies, new trustee applications, and daily financial administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of Court of Protection cases, including the appointment of professional and lay deputies
• Assist with new trustee applications and daily financial administration
• Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored advice
• Contribute to the development of the firm's Court of Protection practice

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of between £30,000 - £40,000, a performance bonus based on over 3x salary at 10%, and 23 days holiday + Bank Holidays. After probation, hybrid working will be given, and you will be surrounded by a talented team of lawyers.
