About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team at Lidl in Deutschland. As a Cleaner, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of our stores, ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain the store's appearance by thoroughly cleaning and tidying all areas, including trolley bays, car parks, and outside spaces.
  • Operate industrial cleaning machinery with confidence and efficiency.
  • Clean the welfare area, including toilets, waste, and recycling sections, to the highest standards.
  • Perform minor maintenance tasks as required to ensure the store's overall condition.
  • Proactively monitor and maintain hygiene and Health and Safety standards throughout the store.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in cleaning or maintenance is beneficial but not essential.
  • A hands-on approach and a keen eye for detail are essential for this role.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional results and a commitment to teamwork are essential qualities for this position.
  • Drive and independence to carry out tasks efficiently and effectively are required.
