About the Job:

We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance professional to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide expert Quality support and advice on drawings, parts, processes, and support services, ensuring that Quality requirements are met.
  2. Ensure adherence to the Quality system within the business through surveillance activities.
  3. Define and apply certification processes consistently within the business.
  4. Coordinate and lead reported quality/technical issues from business teams and customers, ensuring appropriate corrective and preventive action is taken.
  5. Perform initial investigations to assess probable root cause and ensure corrective and preventative action is taken.
  6. Conduct investigations to assess the probable root cause of any deficiency noted during process confirmation activities, ensuring corrective and preventive action is taken.
  7. Compile and present Quality overview to the leadership team within the business area.

Required Skills:

  1. Ability to interpret drawings.
  2. Problem-solving skills using associated tool sets (PPS, 5Y, Ishikawa, etc.).
  3. Good interpersonal skills - ability to challenge appropriately while maintaining strong relationships.
  4. Data analysis skills - interpret data sets, graphical data, and draw conclusions.
  5. Ability to work well as part of an integrated team alongside operational and cross-functional team members.
  6. Quality or engineering-based background (desirable) within a major manufacturing industry.
