We are seeking an experienced Factory Manager to join our team at STOREPAK LIMITED. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our factory, ensuring the efficient production of high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Production Planning: Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demand, monitor key metrics, and adjust processes as necessary to meet targets.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure products meet our high standards.
  • Operations Management: Lead and supervise production workers and agency staff, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.
  • Supply Chain Management: Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of raw materials and components.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and control inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimizing waste.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Conduct regular machinery inspections and coordinate maintenance and repairs to minimize downtime.
  • Training and Development: Train production workers on standard operating procedures and safety protocols, identifying and implementing process improvements.

Requirements:

  • Strong leadership and team management skills, capable of inspiring and driving operations towards goals.
